Extension is seeking a Sanitation Lead for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Ripon, WI!
About the Company / Position
A growing food manufacturer is expanding its team to support new projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead sanitation efforts in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment while helping train and develop team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facility areas following established procedures
- Train team members and assign tasks for weekly shutdown cleaning
- Safely handle sanitation chemicals and maintain accurate records
- Inspect equipment after cleaning to ensure readiness for production
- Collaborate with leadership to coordinate cleaning activities and improve processes
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sanitation experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments
- Leadership or training experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Salary and Schedule
- $25–$29 per hour
- Location: Ripon, WI
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
