This is an on-site role in Melbourne, FL
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing data, identifying business trends, defining requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategic insights and recommendations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Duties involve but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling
- Promptly addressing and resolving material issues to minimize delays in production
- Organizes and implements a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services, and associated systems information
- Serves as liaison between planners and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts
- Assists in developing logistics plans and procedures
- Prepare reports on logistics performance measures and operational reports
Minimum Education/Experience
- Prefer bachelor’s degree plus 0-3 years of previous direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
- Prefers experience in ERP (Epicor)

- Cycle Count Accuracy
- Kitting On Time Delivery 1 month ahead of schedule; 2 month stretch
Physical Requirements
Must be able to support standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Must also be able to support overtime on weekdays or weekends as required to support business needs.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
