We’re seeking an accomplished Information Technology (IT) Professional to drive infrastructure growth, ensure operational excellence, and shape the strategic direction of our advanced business technologies.
In this highly visible role, you will leverage your technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capability to define our technology roadmap, enhance system performance, and champion enterprise-wide IT modernization initiatives.
Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, the IT Analyst will oversee all enterprise information technology assets and ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and corporate governance standards across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for all IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities.
- Lead the response and mitigation efforts for simulated and real cybersecurity events.
- Manage technology planning and execution within established budget targets.
- Coordinate effectively with third-party vendors to support system implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
- Ensure exceptional end-user support and service delivery.
- Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all IT systems in alignment with business objectives.
- Engineer and execute infrastructure improvements with a strong focus on security best practices.
- Develop, update, and enforce policies to meet corporate and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, NIST, CMMC).
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and advanced analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated expertise with business systems in a Windows client/server environment.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments; GCC High strongly preferred.
- Highly desirable certifications include CISM, CISA, CCSP, CISSP, or similar credentials.
- Experience implementing controls aligned with NIST 800-171, CMMC, or comparable security frameworks.
- Experience leading change within commercial ERP systems.
- Familiarity with one or more mainstream programming languages and relational databases (e.g., C#, VB, SQL).
