Responsibilities- Research and evaluate suppliers to identify potential vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Resolve any issues related to supply chain and vendor performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar purchasing role.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
