Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance work with minimal disruption.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Flexible on the Supervisor experience for the right candidate
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
