What You'll Do:
- Supervise and support maintenance technicians while assigning daily work orders and projects
- Oversee preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance for residential or commercial properties
- Coordinate repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building maintenance
- Troubleshoot building systems and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests
- Schedule and oversee vendor and contractor work when needed
- Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local building codes
- Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and preventative maintenance schedules
- Support apartment turns, renovations, and capital improvement projects as needed
What You Bring:
- Previous property maintenance experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and work order systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
