Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate shipment status, delays, or cancellations with the purchasing team and customers
- Update lead times and shipping expectations based on vendor updates
- Record backorders and shipping details in the ERP system accurately
- Contact suppliers to manage open orders and resolve outstanding invoices
- Process and track product returns, including RMA requests, documentation, follow-up, and closing returns once credit is issued

- Strong general office skills, including keyboarding and multi-line phone use
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
