Pay: $20 to $25/hour
Hours: 8a-5p, Monday-Friday Full time position, direct hire
Education: associate's degree minimum, bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: prior customer service representative experience especially with industrial equipment or manufacturing

Responsibilities:
- Prepare new equipment quotations.
- Enter customer orders into the ERP system.
- Handle order support activities.
- Work with company software, including price books, SAP, Microsoft Access, and other programs.
- Collect required data to handle customer requests effectively.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong PC skills
- Strong ability and desire to think critically, help identify process improvement areas
