One division of our business handles property sales and leasing, rental maintenance, and turnovers. We have a second division that redevelops property including single family homes, apartments, and commercial retail locations. We primarily renovate distressed or value-added properties and restore them. We are looking for the right team members to join our organization. Job Title: Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified Required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple trades and hold a valid EPA certification. This role requires a proactive individual who can diagnose issues, complete repairs efficiently, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential/commercial properties
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required)
- Handle basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- Complete minor remodeling tasks, including drywall, painting, and flooring
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
Qualifications:
- Valid EPA Certification (Required)
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Experience with basic remodeling and property repairs
- Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in property management or facilities maintenance
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- General construction or renovation background
- Electrical experience
