We're hiring Temporary Bilingual Patient Portal Enrollment Specialists to support walk-in patients with enrolling in MyChart, Epic's online patient portal. This is a hands-on, public-facing role ideal for friendly, tech-comfortable individuals who enjoy helping others-especially in a healthcare or community setting.

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in patients with portal setup
• Guide patients through account creation, password setup, and linking medical records
• Demonstrate MyChart features like test results, messaging, and appointment booking
• Troubleshoot login issues and provide tech support
• Collect and verify accurate demographic information

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and web-based systems
• Able to stand and assist patients in a busy clinic setting
• Previous experience in healthcare, retail, or call centers is a plus
