- Health and Safety: Promote and follow safety practices; manage hazards.
- Quality Control: Inspect and maintain quality standards; resolve issues quickly.
- Counting and Packing: Ensure accurate order counts; pack and label orders.
- Shipping: Dispatch shipments; complete documentation; operating material handling equipment.
- Teamwork: Foster a positive work environment; collaborate across teams.
- Communication: Effectively communicate issues and information with team members.
Minimum Requirements for Dispatch Associate:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in QC, logistics, or shipping role is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and color perception.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and twist throughout the workday.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Capable of working in a moderate to loud environment.
- Must be able to work with moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
