Advisor Associate, a full-service financial planning firm, welcomes licensed advisors to become part of our dedicated and growing team. We offer a collaborative and professional work environment where client relationships, integrity, and personalized financial guidance are at the heart of everything we do. Training and mentorship will be provided for junior advisors.
In this full-time position, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients and a key part of our operational team. Your day-to-day will involve supporting our current advisors, managing account administration, and helping deliver exceptional client experience.
Any Securities Industry licenses, such as the Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66, are highly recommended for this full-time role. We welcome experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality service in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and ensuring a seamless client experience
- Support financial advisors with account openings, client onboarding, data entry, transfers, transactions, and ongoing account maintenance
- Prepare and review client paperwork and reports for meetings and follow-up
- Liaise with custodians, insurance carriers, and product providers to facilitate client requests
- Maintain client records in CRM and track service activity to ensure timely completion
- Contribute to a client-first culture with proactive communication and attention to detail
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and client-service mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
- SIE and Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain)
- Insurance licenses - life, health, or variable contracts (or willingness to obtain)
- CFP® certification or progress toward certification is a plus
- Prior experience in a financial service, advisory, wealth management firm, or client services industry
