AP / AR ClerkA well-established company in North Highlands is seeking an AP / AR Clerk to support daily accounting operations including invoicing, check deposits, vendor payments, and collections. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in QuickBooks and a solid understanding of general accounting.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PMLocation: North HighlandsPay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hourKey Responsibilities:Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks and verify accuracy across multiple entities.Reconcile AP statements and prepare checks or ACH payments.Match remittances and file completed documents.Apply customer payments and ensure accounts are up to date.Make collection calls and follow up on past-due balances.Process daily check deposits and balance against the cash sheet.Support with pre-liens, release forms, and job-specific paperwork.Assist with will-call counter and answer phones as needed.Qualifications:2 years of AP/AR or bookkeeping experience required.Strong QuickBooks skills and general understanding of accounting.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Why Join?Long-term, stable opportunity in a well-established company.Work with a close-knit, supportive team.Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced accounting role.Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.#2372PO
