Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with clients, i.e.: providing updates and information on ongoing cases
- Manage inbound calls from interested leads, ensuring a high level of service and engagement
- Regularly reach out to warm leads on a weekly basis generated from the company's robust mailer campaign
- Drive sales through a minimum of 250 outbound calls weekly, confidently handling each conversation; No Cold Calling! Focus solely on warm leads that have expressed interest in their services
Qualifications/Personal Attributes:
- 3 years' experience in sales related role
- Phone Sales experience preferred
- Background in real estate or mortgage preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Comfortable and persuasive on the phone, as well as skilled in overcoming objections and educating potential clients
- A professional attitude that complements their team-driven environment
- A proactive, 'hustler' sales approach
