As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and project-related expenses. You'll work closely with project managers, procurement, and the accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations across job sites and back-office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle accounts payable processing for multiple projects
- Code, enter, and verify vendor invoices against POs, contracts, and project budgets
- Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain vendor files and support month-end AP close processes
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues
Requirements
5 years of recent AP experience
