Role Overview
Exploring Graphics is seeking a Client Experience Manager with deep experience in the large-format graphics industry to grow and manage high-value client relationships.
This role is designed for a proven industry professional who already understands how large-format graphics are produced, priced, and installed and who can confidently bring in business, expand accounts, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
This is not an entry-level sales role and not a project management position.
The Client Experience Manager owns client relationships, revenue growth, and strategic account development, while partnering closely with internal production and project teams for execution.

Primary Responsibilities
Client Development & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus)
Develop and expand relationships with agencies, brands, exhibitors, and event partners
Leverage an existing industry network to generate new business
Identify opportunities for upselling, repeat work, and long-term partnerships
Lead client strategy conversations from initial inquiry through contract award
Meet or exceed established revenue and growth targets
Strategic Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and execution
Proactively manage client expectations related to scope, pricing, and timelines
Represent Exploring Graphics as a senior, credible industry partner
Estimating & Production Collaboration
Work closely with estimating, production, and project management teams to:
Define accurate scopes of work
Validate pricing and margins
Align timelines with production capacity
Review quotes and proposals prior to client submission
Communicate production realities clearly and professionally to clients
Internal Coordination (Support Role)
Partner with Project Managers and Production Leads after projects are awarded
Support issue resolution as needed, without owning day-to-day project execution
Ensure clean handoffs and strong communication throughout the lifecycle
Required Experience & Qualifications
Industry Experience (Required)
5 years experience in large-format graphics, print production, tradeshow graphics, or experiential environments
Strong working knowledge of:
Print substrates (vinyl, fabric, rigid, specialty materials)
Finishing methods (lamination, cutting, sewing, mounting, hardware)
Installation workflows for tradeshows and branded environments
Demonstrated success managing high-value client relationships
Sales & Account Growth
Proven ability to:
Bring in new business
Grow existing accounts
Manage revenue and margins
Comfortable leading pricing and scope discussions
Experience working with agencies, national brands, or large-scale exhibitors
