WebMethods Integration Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the utilities and energy sector, is seeking a WebMethods Integration Developer to join their team. As a WebMethods Integration Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various digital and data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: WebMethods Integration Developer

Location: Sacramento, California (Remote work available)

Pay Range:$80

What's the Job?

• Design and develop RESTful and SOAP web service APIs to connect enterprise systems such as GIS, ERP, asset management, project controls, and document management.
• Analyze existing platforms to identify optimal integration points and develop connectors or middleware for seamless interoperability.
• Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations supporting event-driven architectures and asynchronous updates.
• Ensure all solutions comply with cybersecurity policies, industry standards, and best practices, including data encryption and vulnerability assessments.
• Develop comprehensive testing plans, support automated testing, and document all work according to organizational standards for knowledge transfer.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing solutions on the webMethods integration platform.
• At least 2 years of experience working with the webMethods.IO SaaS platform.
• Proven experience developing SAP RFC integrations and custom services using Java.
• Familiarity with related technologies such as Integration Server, Universal Messaging, API Gateway, and webMethods Test Suite.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity management, and secure software development practices.
