- Plan and execute research using appropriate qualitative and/or quantitative methods such as interviews, surveys, diary studies, and product evaluations.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define research goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables for assigned projects.
- Develop research plans, screeners, discussion guides, and related study materials to ensure comprehensive data collection.
- Conduct data collection, synthesize findings, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
- Communicate results via written reports and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs, supporting iterative learning and continuous improvement.
- Experience conducting UX research and selecting methods appropriate to the research question.
- Proficiency in planning and moderating user interviews and usability testing sessions.
- Ability to synthesize research findings into clear insights and recommendations for product and design partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share research outcomes.
- Experience with research-related AI tools to enhance data collection and analysis processes.
