Job Title: TrakSYS Support Engineer

What's the Job?
- Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for TrakSYS MES applications to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Monitor system performance and maintain high system availability and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues by coordinating with development, ERP, WMS, infrastructure, network teams, and vendors.
- Query and analyze SQL Server databases to maintain data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Support system integrations with ERP, WMS, and PLC systems, troubleshooting configuration and connectivity issues.
- Hands-on experience with TrakSYS MES (version 12 is a plus).
- Understanding of TrakSYS architecture and core configurations.
- Knowledge of C#/.Net, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency with SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with IIS, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts.
