- Support power-on, bring-up, and validation of new hardware designs and associated control software in a hands-on electronics lab environment
- Execute hardware and system-level testing to ensure product quality and reliability
- Develop and document comprehensive test plans, specifications, and procedures from minimal requirements
- Analyze schematics to determine efficient test strategies for individual subsystems
- Design and build custom test setups and jigs to facilitate efficient validation processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- 3–10 years of experience in electrical hardware and system validation
- Strong understanding of analog and digital hardware systems
- Hands-on experience with lab bench equipment such as DMM, oscilloscope, and function generator
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and datasheets accurately
