Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center operations sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner 4 to join their team. As a Supply Chain Planner 4, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting capacity and power planning activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Planner 4

Location: Building 29, Redmond WA (Onsite 5 days a week)

Pay Range: $43/hr W2 Benefits (NO C2C)

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules.
  • Review and approve documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors, vendors, and customers to assess progress and resolve delays or issues.
  • Revise production schedules as needed due to design changes, shortages, or other interruptions.
  • Support operational planning and execution within the power planning function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.


What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience in operations, program management, or supply chain planning.
  • Strong skills in data analysis using Excel and dashboards, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Proven ability to coordinate stakeholder activities and manage reporting processes for at least 2 years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • High school diploma or GED required; familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
