What's the Job?
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules.
- Review and approve documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements.
- Collaborate with department supervisors, vendors, and customers to assess progress and resolve delays or issues.
- Revise production schedules as needed due to design changes, shortages, or other interruptions.
- Support operational planning and execution within the power planning function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience in operations, program management, or supply chain planning.
- Strong skills in data analysis using Excel and dashboards, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proven ability to coordinate stakeholder activities and manage reporting processes for at least 2 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or GED required; familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
- High-visibility work with exposure to leadership forums and strategic decision-making.
- Ownership of critical operational metrics impacting Azure capacity and execution.
