Strategic Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to join their team. As a Strategic Program Manager, you will be part of the Strategic Initiatives Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and proactive problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve organizational goals and oversee the integration of various activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Recruit, assign, and provide feedback to stakeholders involved in project execution to ensure alignment and performance.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and strategic fit.
• Collaborate with management and other leaders to discuss project specifications, procedures, and improvements.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• 8-10 years of experience in project or strategy management, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling narratives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and organizational navigation skills.
• Experience working independently and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with business management principles, strategic planning, and relevant software such as MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
