- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, reliable cloud-native systems on AWS, utilizing serverless and containerization technologies.
- Own the development and maintenance of automation pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure as code to enhance deployment efficiency and system stability.
- Design and implement monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide engineering team members on best practices, technical standards, and innovative solutions.
- 8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, especially Kubernetes, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, and Open Telemetry.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while leading technical initiatives.
