- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Specialty Software Engineering
- Review and analyze complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Contribute to resolving issues and collaborate with team members to meet deliverables
- Support large-scale planning related to Specialty Software Engineering projects
- Engage with client personnel to ensure project success and compliance
- 4 years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in SmallTalk and offshore support, including Shannon support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
