- Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions using ServiceNow platform.
- Support vulnerability response processes and ensure system security and compliance.
- Consult with clients on service-oriented architecture and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and ES5 .
- Participate in panel interviews and contribute to project conversions and support initiatives.
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow application development, installation, or troubleshooting.
- Minimum of 6 months experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
- 7 years of experience in software engineering or related fields, demonstrating technical expertise.
- At least 5 years of experience with service-oriented architecture and consulting clients on such topics.
- Over 1 year of experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and ES5 .
