What's the Job?
- Support accurate and timely execution of B2B customer orders by serving as the first line of intake for order issues
- Perform transactional fixes, analysis, and coordinate cross-functional resolution of order discrepancies
- Monitor weekly incoming orders in SAP and Amazon Vendor Central, ensuring order confirmation and fulfillment KPIs are met
- Manage order disputes, root cause analysis, and support documentation for shortage claims and proof of deliveries
- Interface with customer operations teams and internal departments to maintain order accuracy and resolve escalations efficiently
- Strong Excel skills, including utilization of Pivot tables and data analysis tools
- Previous experience working with external retail supply chains and order fulfilment processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate between teams and handle escalations
- Proficiency in SAP, Amazon Vendor Central, and familiarity with data validation and reconciliation
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
