- Job Title: Senior Developer Experience Engineer
- Location: Remote (EST only)
- Type: Contract to hire
- Pay Range: $50-60 hourly W2 (no visa/C2C)
- Design, build, and maintain tools and infrastructure that support the internal development platform, including container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation workflows
- Develop, improve, and operate CI/CD pipelines with a focus on reliability, performance, scalability, and test signal quality
- Identify bottlenecks in the development and delivery lifecycle and lead initiatives to reduce cycle time, improve test reliability, and increase deployment confidence
- Analyze delivery and productivity metrics to uncover systemic issues and prioritize impactful improvements
- Partner with application engineering teams to understand workflows, requirements, and pain points, providing guidance on best practices
- Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and development infrastructure
- Strong understanding of container development, modern software delivery practices, and automation tools
- Ability to analyze metrics and identify systemic issues to drive continuous improvement
- Excellent collaboration skills to work across engineering teams and leadership
- Knowledge of architectural discussions related to tooling, platforms, and delivery systems
