Security and Technology Recruiter

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Security and Technology Recruiter to join their team. As a Security and Technology Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the Security & Technology division. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Security and Technology Recruiter

Location: Johnston, RI. HYBRID (onsite 4 days a week)

What's the Job?

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top security and technology talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
• Identify, source, and engage passive candidates through innovative sourcing practices and social media channels.
• Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, including interview strategies and candidate selection.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years supporting Security Engineering and Technology organizations.
• Proven ability to source and attract passive talent using traditional and social media channels.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and talent advisory practices.
• Knowledge of employment law, EEO, and AAP compliance.
