This role will focus heavily on security and technology recruitment, supporting the bank’s ongoing technology transformation, cloud migration, and security acceleration initiatives.This position operates in a Talent Advisor model, requiring a consultative approach with hiring leaders (up to VP level), full lifecycle recruiting ownership, strong sourcing capability, and the ability to manage a high-volume, structured recruiting environment.
