JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Contract Security & Technology RecruiterLocation & Work ArrangementPrimary Location: Johnston, RI – One Citizens Bank WayAlternate Location: Westwood, MA (potential option)Work Model: Hybrid – In office 3 days per week (required) Compensation & Contract DetailsPay Rate: $48/hr (W2)Contract Duration: 6 Months (01/26/2026 – 07/24/2026)Extension Possible: YesPotential to Convert to Perm: Possible, not guaranteed Role OverviewBank is seeking a Contract Security & Technology Recruiter to support high-impact hiring within its Enterprise Technology & Corporate Security Services organization. This role will focus heavily on security and technology recruitment, supporting the bank’s ongoing technology transformation, cloud migration, and security acceleration initiatives.This position operates in a Talent Advisor model, requiring a consultative approach with hiring leaders (up to VP level), full lifecycle recruiting ownership, strong sourcing capability, and the ability to manage a high-volume, structured recruiting environment. Key Hiring Focus AreasYou will recruit exempt and non-exempt individual contributors and leadership talent for roles including (but not limited to):Security Operations Center (SOC) AnalystsSecurity Engineers & ArchitectsPhysical Security SpecialistsCloud & Security Software EngineersBusiness Analysts (Technology/Security)Investigations Specialists Primary ResponsibilitiesFull Lifecycle RecruitingManage end-to-end recruiting for 15–20 requisitions simultaneously across 7–10 hiring managersExecute intake meetings, develop hiring strategies, and align on role requirements and timelinesSource, screen, interview, submit, and close candidatesManage offer development, approvals, negotiation, and closingProactively mitigate offer declines and counteroffersTalent Advisor & Stakeholder PartnershipAct as a trusted Talent Advisor to hiring leaders and HR partnersCoach leaders on:Market insights and talent availabilitySourcing strategies and target profilesInterview best practices and candidate experienceFacilitate interview panels, debriefs, and hiring decisionsBuild strong relationships with business leaders up to Vice President levelSourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using:LinkedIn RecruiterOracle Recruiting Cloud (ATS)SeekOut, internal CRM, and other sourcing toolsBuild diverse pipelines of passive talent for current and future hiring needsSupport enterprise technology transformation and security hiring initiativesProcess, Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with recruiting protocols, employment law, EEO, and AAP standardsPass monthly requisition audits through accurate documentation and process adherencePartner with Recruiting Leadership to improve recruiting practices and resolve challenges Required Skills & Experience5 years of recruiting experience3 years recruiting within Technology and/or Security organizationsExperience recruiting in fast-paced corporate environmentsStrong passive sourcing capability using traditional and social channelsProven ability to influence and partner with senior leadersExperience managing recruiting build-outs or special initiativesStrong talent advisory and consultative recruiting skillsConfidence with behavioral-based interviewingFull lifecycle recruiting experience, including offer negotiation and closingExperience using ATS platforms; Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferredStrong knowledge of employment law, EEO, and AAPExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detailProficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred QualificationsPrior experience recruiting within banking or financial servicesCorporate security recruitment experience strongly preferredExperience supporting enterprise-level technology transformation initiatives EducationBachelor’s Degree strongly preferredRelevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Tools & TechnologyOracle Recruiting Cloud (ATS)LinkedIn RecruiterSeekOutInternal CRM toolsIndeed (possible access) Notes for SuppliersW2 candidates onlyHybrid role – in-office presence required 3 days per weekStructured, compliance-driven recruiting environmentAgency recruiters considered; corporate recruiting background preferred
