- Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications following best practices.
- Oversee code quality, security standards, and application performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain awareness of Salesforce releases and features, implementing improvements accordingly.
- 8 years of hands-on experience developing applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and other Salesforce technologies.
- 5 years of experience owning architectural and technical decisions for reliable applications.
- Ability to serve as a technical advisor to business stakeholders, analysts, and project managers.
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
- Proficiency in configuring and designing Flows and developing integration solutions using Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs.
