- Lead and coordinate R&D activities to deliver innovative brand programs.
- Represent the R&D perspective in technical discussions across cross-functional teams.
- Conduct technical risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Define technical project briefs and translate brand insights into superior new products.
- Design and execute testing protocols for product development, including prototype and shelf-life testing.
- Master of Science Degree in Food Science or an equivalent field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and oral.
- 7 years of experience in the food industry, especially in product development or project management.
- Proficiency in SAP PLM/Minerva and specification creation processes helpful
- Strong formulation expertise in cooking aids and related technologies.
