What's the Job?
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Software Engineering, contributing to large-scale planning and deliverables.
- Review and analyze complex Software Engineering challenges, providing in-depth evaluations and solutions.
- Develop and optimize LLM-driven autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and tool-using agent workflows.
- Build high-performance Python microservices and AI APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, and LangChain.
- Deploy and operate AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise Kubernetes platforms.
- 4 years of Software Engineering experience, including work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in Python, including async programming, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with GCP and OpenShift/Kubernetes for deploying scalable AI platforms.
- Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and LLM orchestration.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while driving AI innovation.
