What's the Job?
- Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements for new product development and technology projects.
- Perform Food Safety Assessments and develop pHACCP and rMMS documentation for new products and processes.
- Support factory implementation of quality and safety standards through training and technical assistance.
- Participate in internal audits and support visits from regulatory bodies such as FDA or USDA.
- Assist in preparation for ISO and NMS certifications, ensuring adherence to standards and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience in food industry quality, R&D, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001, and FSSC 22000 standards is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of food safety and quality systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively and transfer knowledge across teams.
