Quality Engineer II

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Engineer II to join their team. As a Quality Engineer II, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting product development and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide process and quality engineering support to Incoming Inspection activities and equipment qualifications to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
• Assist product development teams by developing product quality plans, specifications, and control systems to maintain product excellence.
• Identify and control incoming inspection activities by participating in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain risk analysis tools such as FMEAs, and support process monitoring systems to reduce defects and improve quality.
• Contribute to the creation of quality tools and training materials, and support validation of test methods to ensure product conformity.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Ability to read technical drawings and understand statistical sampling methods.
• Experience in helping incoming inspectors identify material issues.
• Strong understanding of process monitoring and quality control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under general supervision following established procedures.
