What's the Job?
- Provide process and quality engineering support to Incoming Inspection activities and equipment qualifications to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
- Assist product development teams by developing product quality plans, specifications, and control systems to maintain product excellence.
- Identify and control incoming inspection activities by participating in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain risk analysis tools such as FMEAs, and support process monitoring systems to reduce defects and improve quality.
- Contribute to the creation of quality tools and training materials, and support validation of test methods to ensure product conformity.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand statistical sampling methods.
- Experience in helping incoming inspectors identify material issues.
- Strong understanding of process monitoring and quality control principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under general supervision following established procedures.
