- Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition science, microbiology, or related field (general basic science/engineering also considered). 1-3 years' experience in regulated food/nutrition industry, with some supply chain management and ingredient sourcing experience.
- Daily Tasks and Skills: Primarily processing supplier change notifications, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional consultation. Experience with Microsoft Office Systems (Excel, potentially Power BI) is preferred.
- Candidate Qualifications Discussion: Clarification that a bachelor's degree is a requirement, a master's degree is likely overqualified, but candidates will be reviewed. Manufacturing experience outside of food industry is acceptable. Laboratory-based experience is not ideal but open to consideration.
- Relocation and On-site Work: Candidates willing to relocate at their own expense will be considered, but timing of transition is critical. The position is 100% on-site at the Easton Square location.
- Team Culture and Size: Supportive team culture with peer consultation. The team size is roughly 15-200.
