What's the Job?
- Participate in low to moderately complex quality assurance initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical quality assurance assignments, conducting research and evaluating alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving quality issues, exercising independent judgment while understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide clear and accurate information to client personnel regarding quality assurance processes and findings.
- Support offshore teams, including Shannon - Offshore support, ensuring seamless collaboration and quality standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and embrace change with a proactive approach.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and bring forward solutions.
