- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of activities across teams.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and leadership.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members, overseeing staff development and competence.
- Analyze operational needs, market demand, and resource requirements to assess project feasibility.
- Review contracts, cost estimates, and ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management within a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to independently drive projects from planning through execution.
- Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and a bias toward action.
- Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management and executive reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools.
