Marketing Creative Lead

Our client, a leading organization in consumer advertising, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Creative Lead to join their team. As a Marketing Creative Lead, you will be an integral part of the Consumer Advertising Team, supporting multicultural marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Marketing Creative Lead

Location: Hybrid, 3 days/week in office. Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX.

What's the Job?

• Serve as the Hispanic Market creative lead on assigned initiatives, driving in-culture creative across lines of business.
• Lead campaign strategy and creative direction across TV, OLV, OTT, radio, and audio channels.
• Oversee executions across digital, OOH, and print to ensure consistency in look, tone, and feel across all channels.
• Partner with the Marketing organization and in-culture agencies on the development, production, and execution of acquisition and brand advertising.
• Manage OEM partner relationships, such as Apple and Samsung, and drive alignment with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
• 4 years of advertising or marketing communications experience in consumer products, wireless, or consumer tech, or equivalent agency account-management experience.
• Experience in broadcast, print, and digital advertising, with hands-on ad trafficking or creative operations experience.
• Proven ability to present creative work to senior leadership and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agency workflows, project management tools like Workfront and Airtable, and ad trafficking platforms such as Extreme Reach or MediaOcean is a plus.
