What's the Job?
- Lead product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle for Data Retention and Supervision technologies related to Electronic Communication data.
- Gather and prioritize customer and product requirements, defining clear product vision and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, marketing, operations, and support teams to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain critical relationships with key vendors and internal teams to ensure project alignment and successful contract negotiations.
- Drive product enhancements, deliver demos, orchestrate training sessions, and manage budgets to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on product management in regulated environments.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- Experience working within highly regulated financial institutions is preferred.
- Strong understanding of electronic communication retention, supervision, and discovery regulations.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
