Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a Principal UX Designer to join their team. As a Principal UX Designer, you will be part of the Design and User Experience Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues related to user experience design.
• Lead multiple project teams, including internal and outsourced partners, throughout all stages of user experience development for complex products and platforms.
• Review and evaluate design activities for compliance with established UX standards, providing actionable feedback to enhance product quality.
• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and design language into projects, ensuring cutting-edge user experiences.
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or an equivalent field.
• Typically 6-10 years of experience in user experience design or related areas.
• Broad experience applying design theories, principles, and concepts across multiple IT and consumer products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with mastery in English and local language.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex data, design proposals, and negotiate options with senior management.
