What's the Job?
- Lead the SAP S/4 HANA migration by acting as the Operations Finance representative, ensuring system design aligns with business needs.
- Develop comprehensive process documentation, including AS-IS and TO-BE workflows for Operations Finance teams.
- Collaborate with IT, manufacturing, and operations teams to support solution design, configuration reviews, testing, and migration readiness activities.
- Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities to ensure a seamless transition to SAP S/4 HANA.
- Support month-end close activities related to inventory and cost accounting, ensuring accurate inventory valuation and variance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing finance, with a focus on inventory and cost accounting.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly within Finance and Controlling modules.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor cost structures, including standard costing, BOM configurations, and manufacturing variance analysis.
- Strong process documentation, system design, and project leadership skills, with attention to detail and analytical mindset.
