What's the Job?
- Provide daily production support for Monarch ADMS and OMS applications to ensure system stability and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the systems, employing root cause analysis and collaboration with team members.
- Perform routine system maintenance, configuration management, and monitor performance to meet organizational standards.
- Test software updates, patches, and enhancements, developing resolution plans for any issues discovered.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, data flow diagrams, and process workflows.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in networking, security, virtual environments, and Windows operating systems.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting Monarch ADMS and OMS systems on Windows.
- Basic understanding of electrical GIS data models and Mongo database experience.
- Strong technical skills in networking, security, and systems integration.
