Our client, a leading organization in the marketing and creative industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing Communications Operations Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Marketing Department supporting Creative and Content teams, you will play a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing workflow efficiency, and enabling creative teams to focus on producing exceptional work. Pay Range:$55.39

What's the Job?

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational tasks including project intake, tracking, status updates, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.
• Serve as a central point of contact for process guidance, optimization, and issue resolution within creative and content workflows.
• Assess existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement standardized solutions such as automation, templates, or AI-assisted approaches.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating clear handoffs, aligning priorities, and providing transparency into work status and capacity.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies to keep teams focused and aligned on project deliverables.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field, preferably within creative or communications environments.
• Proficiency with workflow management tools such as Workfront and Smartsheet is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, and implementing scalable operational solutions.
