Job Title: Lean Manufacturing Coach

What's the Job?
- Partner with plant leadership to evaluate operational workflows, manufacturing practices, plant operations and identify inefficiencies, coach leadership on Lean principles
- Facilitate Lean workshops, Kaizen events, and process improvement initiatives
- Conduct value stream mapping and operational process analysis to optimize production
- Support teams in implementing sustainable operational improvements
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to track continuous improvement efforts
- Partner with Plant Operations teams to improve production reliability
- Mentor Plant supervisors and leadership on continuous improvement practices
- MINIMUM of Bachelor's Degree AND 5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or plant environments (10 years preferred)
- Preferred background as Plant Manager/Superintendent with a focus in heavy industrial, petrochemical, chemical, or refinery production environments
- Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing or plant operations environments to include equipment reliability,
- Hands-on experience applying Lean tools such as VSM, Root Cause Analysis (5Whys), Kaizen, SOP development and Waste elimination
- Familiarity with industrial systems including MES, SAP, and CMMS
- Proven ability to translate Lean principles into practical operational improvements
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
