What's the Job?
- Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analysis and wet chemistry on product and in-process samples to support plant operations.
- Support laboratory supervisors and chemists by preparing samples and ensuring accurate data collection and record-keeping.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory test equipment to ensure precision and reliability.
- Utilize analytical instruments to address quality assurance and control issues effectively.
- Prepare chemical stock solutions and reagents, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Polytechnic graduate with a background in Chemical, Process, or Technical Engineering.
- Proficiency in computer applications and laboratory software.
- Preferable experience in quality control systems within a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a rotating 12-hour swing shift schedule on-site.
