Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Administration: Full-cycle administration and configuration of Jira and Confluence across multiple global projects and teams.
- Workflow Architecture: Design and implement custom workflows, fields, screens, and permission schemes to support complex business processes.
- Governance & Security: Manage user access, roles, and security settings in strict accordance with financial industry compliance standards.
- Metrics & Analytics: Define and maintain key delivery metrics and dashboards (Velocity, Throughput, WIP, Risk Posture) for operational and executive visibility.
- DevSecOps Integration: Support the integration of Jira with CI/CD platforms, test automation frameworks, and governance processes (e.g., code scanning, change management).
- Vendor & Roadmap Management: Review product backlogs, manage vendor relationships, and stay ahead of the Atlassian product roadmap to drive feature adoption.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Certification: Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) is REQUIRED.
- Experience: 10 years of hands-on Jira Administration experience in a complex enterprise environment.
- Hybrid Proficiency: Proven experience managing both Atlassian Cloud Platform and Data Center environments.
- Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, and REST APIs.
- Methodologies: Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban; additional certifications (CSM, CSPO, or SAFe) are highly desirable.
- Scripting: Proficiency in Groovy, Python, or Bash is a significant plus.
- Strictly W2 Only: We cannot accept C2C, 1099, or third-party candidates.
- In-Person Collaboration: Must be able to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, twice per week.
