As an IT Project Manager, you will be an essential part of the IT department supporting enterprise application upgrades and technology initiatives. Location: Lakewood, Colorado (onsite 4 days/week)
Pay Range: $65-70/hour, based on experience
What's the Job?
- Lead enterprise application upgrade projects from initiation through planning, execution, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Build and manage comprehensive project plans, including milestones, dependencies, resource needs, and critical paths.
- Coordinate daily activities across various teams such as Air Compliance, IT support, security, data/analytics, and external vendors.
- Establish project governance, facilitate meetings, and produce executive-level status reports on schedule, scope, budget, and risks.
- Manage risks, issues, change control processes, and stakeholder alignment to ensure project success and timely delivery.
- Proven experience leading enterprise application upgrade projects, preferably in EHS or compliance platforms.
- Strong skills in project management methodologies including planning, scheduling, RAID management, and budget tracking.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in leadership-level reporting.
- Demonstrated follow-through and facilitation skills, including managing meetings and action items.
