Job Title: IT Manager Data Science and AI

Pay Range: $165000-175000/yr
What’s the Job?
- Lead and manage a team of data science and AI professionals, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute the enterprise AI and advanced analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Oversee the full AI/ML lifecycle, including model design, training, validation, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, ethics, and responsible AI.
- Partner with business units, IT, and analytics teams to identify use cases, deliver scalable solutions, and achieve measurable business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s or PhD in AI/Data Science preferred).
- 10 years of diversified IT experience, including 3 years leading professional technical teams.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and emerging agentic AI technologies.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives from strategy through production and operational support.
- Demonstrated strengths in people leadership, stakeholder collaboration, strategic thinking, and results-driven execution.
