What's the Job?
- Support all Business Continuity Program (BCP) planning deliverables across multiple verticals within the Global Technology organization.
- Drive improvements in recoverability and resiliency through thematic analysis and comprehensive reporting.
- Track compliance and develop remediation strategies for applications out of compliance.
- Communicate, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist in Disaster Recovery processes, including system monitoring and audit control activities.
- Strong knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, and Visio; coding skills are a plus.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to drive business continuity and disaster recovery drills.
- Ability to learn quickly and produce results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
