What's the Job?
- Collaborate with IT and Business stakeholders to define and deliver effective solutions that meet organizational objectives.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, analyze business processes, and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Lead planning, eliciting, analyzing, and managing project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design high-level solutions, develop test cases, and support implementation efforts in partnership with project teams.
- Adapt to changing project demands by leading additional IT project work as needed, ensuring successful delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a technical product owner or business analyst in a project-based environment.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies, with experience using agile tools like Jira preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage at various organizational levels.
